2. Services

Horizon Peak Media provides aerial drone photography, ground photography, and videography services. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

When you submit a booking through our website, you are requesting a session at the selected date and time. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of confirmation from Horizon Peak Media.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance at [email protected]. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. All fees are in US dollars.

5. Intellectual Property

All photographs, videos, and other content produced by Horizon Peak Media remain the intellectual property of Horizon Peak Media unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the delivered images for the agreed-upon purposes. Resale or redistribution of images without written consent is prohibited.

6. Weather and Conditions

Aerial photography is subject to weather conditions and FAA regulations. In the event that a shoot must be rescheduled due to unsafe flying conditions or regulatory restrictions, we will work with you to find the next available date at no additional charge.

7. Limitation of Liability

Horizon Peak Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
